Tonight we packed up and moved the first big loads to the new house! The kids were exhausted, and we rolled into Chino Valley a lot later than we originally anticipated, but we made it, put the beds together real fast, and put the kids to bed. Then we emptied the boxes into the garage, and went to sleep ourselves after putting our mattress down. Now to decorate and unpack!!! We're so excited for this new chapter in our lives to unfold, and for the kids to have a backyard to play in!!!

Xander is SIX!
I can't believe Xander is 6! He had school today, but my in-laws came into town so I could do some painting, and they watched the two little kids. I dropped off "go-gurts" at Xander's class, and ate lunch with him before I painted. I came back to grab the little kids and Hailey and Xander from school, and then my in-laws took Xander shopping for a present for his birthday. He came back to the apartment so excited! He got a pair of cowboy boots, and a cap gun. He had so much fun! Then they took off, and Cody came home so we opened Xander's presents, and then headed to Xander's pick... "Peter Piper Pizza" for dinner and playing games with tokens. The kids got a ton of tickets, which gave them lots of prizes. I think they all had fun. Too bad Hailey started feeling sick. We went home, had cake, and then played and went to bed... I think he had a great day...
WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH XANDER!!!
Happy Birthday!!!

Boat Trip
My inlaws have a ski boat that they share with a few other families. They get to take it out every now and again, and they invited us to join them at Roosevelt Lake in Arizona. It was so much fun. The weather was perfect, and the lake was nice and calm. The two oldest learned to ski today with help from their dad, and they earned money for trying and for getting up. A dollar for every try until they get up, and $5 for when they get up. They are loaded :) They also had fun on the tube. They kept wanting to go faster and faster, and kept their thumbs in the air. Brielle and I also went tubing. She had a blast, but was a little scared as well. Everyone enjoyed jumping in the water, and we all had a great time. Thanks for the memories mom and dad!
