Vegas Baby!

Went with Cody's Mom's side (the Moody's) to a girls weekend getaway in Vegas. We stayed in the penthouse of a Wyndham Resort. We had LOTS of fun! Shopping, Eating, Chatting, Hot Tubbing, Pedicuring, and Talking... along with re-energizing our batteries :)

Note: I didn't bring my camera, and I'm waiting for others to send me pics... this will have to do for now. Not everyone is pictured.

Dr. Appt.

I went to the doctor today and got to hear the baby's heartbeat :) I am 15-16 weeks along. All is well from what they can tell, and I have an ultrasound appointment on Monday to solidify a due date... it is around July 16th. It may still be too soon to tell the gender, but the doctor thinks we will be able to! If not, we do have another ultrasound scheduled for February 28th :)

Hailey's 6!

Today was Hailey's 6th Birthday! We let her open all her presents before she went to school, and after school, Cody took off her training wheels, and she learned to ride without them! She did SO good!!! Later, we took her cousin Kylie and Grandma and Grandpa Johnson to go see the movie "Tangled" - ADORABLE if you haven't seen it! We went out to eat at Anzio's Landing - a favorite, and went back to the house for cake and ice cream. I can't believe she is 6! Love you Hailey! Now stop growing up so fast!



Making Scripture Totes

Xander's isn't quite finished, since I'm working with a leather strap, but Hailey's is done! I made these simple scripture totes so they could each bring their book of mormon to primary each week. It has been fun making them... I took the kids to a craft store where they each chose their own material... I'm not very crafty, but sometimes I like to pretend I am :)
